School bus crashes with preschoolers on board
A midday school bus crash knocked out power to part of Des Moines' northeast side today. The Des Moines Fire Department and HAZMAT units arrived at the scene shortly after noon to find a school bus had come to rest against a mobile home trailer and a down-ed utility pole laying on top of the bus.
